Study Abroad Process:
Stage 1: Case Registration

- Assessment and Welcome call is done
- Group is generated
- To start the admission process, a WhatsApp group is generated Conversion officer
- is responsible for creating the group
Stage 2: Admission Process
Document Completion: Once the student has completely submitted their Documents, the Application starts

Visa
- Generic Documents(with samples)
- Visa Application Form
- Every Country has a Different Visa Application Form
- Some Countries' Visa Application forms is Filled Manually( Hungary, Turkey,

Attestation of Documents
- Matric and Intermediate Documents are Attested by the Relevant Board and IBCC
- BS Degree and Transcript are attested by HEC.
- All Educational Documents are attested by MOFA.
Payment Receipt
- Proof of payment of the application Fee.
- Proof of Payment Tuition Fee
Valid Passport
You must have a valid passport at the time of your application. Your passport is
considered valid if it was issued during the last 10 years, and it won’t expire for
another three months after you depart Finland.
Identity picture:
- A recent identity picture must be part of the application. Follow the visa photo rules when you take the picture
- Picture should be with White Background
- 80 Percent face visibility
Proof of Enrollment
You need to provide proof that you were accepted for a study program at a university
CV
In Mostly Countries Euro pass Format is accepted. Make sure to add the Complete Address, Education, Work, and Experience in Chronological Order. CV should be divided into Three Parts

Police Character Certificate
An online application is filed in the local Police Station
After the Verification District Police Issued a Police Character Certificate
- Accommodation
- Dummy Accommodation is attached
- Mostly Countries Demand proof of accommodation for 3 months.

- Provide these Services)
- Dummy Ticket
- One way Dummy Ticket is Required Flight Schedule for one week Prior to the Staring of Classes

- Student requires 1 month to 6 months of Travel and Health Insurance(Varies From

- Family Registration Certificate
- FRC can be obtained from the NADRA Office
- It shows the total Number of family Members
